- Use headphones.
- Trust the process and let your conscious mind wander away
- Be committed to the process, just showing up and listening is enough.
- For effective habit or mindset change, commit to listening to the recording for a minimum 21 days in a row.
Generality vs. specificity
I offer a wide range of self hypnosis recordings on a variety of topics, however simply cannot offer solutions for every potential issue that people seek help for. Even if I had a billion different recordings for a million different issues, this still would not do. I often get requests and enquiries for all sorts of issues that people need help with, including many obscure conditions. I am happy to create personal recordings for you.
There are times when the underlying causes for our feelings and behaviours can run deep. Within some of my self hypnosis recordings, I use advanced hypnotherapy techniques to help address past issues and limiting beliefs in a safe and secure way. But there are limitations to what I can do with recordings
